Make sure the hearing aid battery is fresh and properly inserted. For zinc-air batteries, remove the sticker tab and wait about 60 seconds before inserting the battery to activate it properly.
Identify the Left (Blue) and Right (Red) indicators to ensure the correct device is being placed in the correct ear.
Quickly wipe the device with a soft cloth and check that the wax guard (filter) is not blocked by debris.
Gently insert the device into the ear canal. For CIC models, place the processor behind the ear first, then tuck the ear tip inside
Turn the hearing aid on by fully closing the battery door. Some models may also include a power button to switch the device on or off.
